I know this is a very late post, I just recently had the chance to read some articles about Lea Salonga receiving a Disney Legend Award among other honorees. Since this blog is all about women, I’m giving this post for Lea Salonga. Madonna's Life Story in a Comic Book
Bluewater Productions, Inc. is publishing Madonna’s life story as part of their Female Force series, in a comic book. They also have featured the likes of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Sarah Palin, and Barbara Walters. The executive vice-president, Jason Schultz, said: “Our goal is to show the little-known events and influences that resulted in Madonna becoming the phenomenon she remains to this day, more than a quarter-century after she burst upon the scene.” The graphic novel is a 32-page book which includes the highs and lows of the singer’s phenomenal career in her, almost, 30 years in the show business industry.
